⚠️ Honest Limitations

SPF is not optional. Every brightening active in this protocol is undermined by unprotected UV exposure. Without SPF, you are fighting the trigger while leaving the gun loaded.

Results take time. Skin cell turnover is 28–40 days. Visible improvement requires 8–12 weeks of consistent use. There are no shortcuts.
