Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@serumscientist.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
