The SS Skin Flooding Protocol

Step 1: Cleanse. Do not fully pat dry - leave skin damp.

Step 2: Within 30-60 seconds, apply glycerin-based toner or essence. Pat gently to spread.

Step 4: Apply a second humectant serum if desired (beta-glucan, panthenol). Allow 30 seconds.
